This restaurant is located  in front of the Mediterranean sea and offers you very good food at great value, the menú del dia (daily menu) costs 12,95 euros including bread and drinks and you have a choice between dessert or coffee. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow but is worth  the wait believe me. I am going to show you some of the dishes we had.

      

     Starters

1. Calçots a la brasa are like thinner milder tasting leeks cooked over burning wood until the outsides are charred. You eat these by putting on a pair of plastic gloves and a paper bib. You then strip off the outside leaves then dip the remaining calçot into salsa romescu  (nutty Catalan sauce) and eat it by lowering it into your mouth. Delicious but messy!
2. Ensalada de salmón y aguacate (smoked salmon and avocado salad).
3. Ensalada mixta  (Mixed salad).

    As a main dish we all had fideuà which is short spagetti pieces with seafood, mussels, calamari, clams. You mix it with allioli (Catalan garlic mayonnaise) and it is ready to eat.

For desserts we had tarta de fresa (strawberry cake) and tarta de Santiago which is an almond cake that comes with a shot of Moscatell (Catalan dessert wine) you can pour it over the cake or just drink it.

Other dishes

Huevos a la Mallorquina (eggs in a Majorcan style, with sobrasada wich is a typical sausage from Majorca)

Brochetas de sepia (cuttle fish kebabs) with rice and vegetables.
